Bernadett acts as a researcher and is involved in several on-going research projects at ETFI. She is also involved in education as a lecturer and module coordinator in the bachelor and master programs of NHL Stenden University of Applied Sciences. At ETFI, she undertakes both qualitative and quantitative research in various sectors of the tourism industry and is also active in the field of scenario planning and strategic foresight.
Bernadett conducted research in Australia and South-East Asia with regards to tourism development. She also participated in several tourism development projects in Europe. Her main area of interest is destination management with a special focus on sustainability and strategy development. For this reason, she obtained a master’s degree in Tourism Destination Management. She has a rich background in the operational side of the industry as she worked for different tourism and hospitality businesses around Europe.
