Finding solutions for Wadden gastronomy development
Our sustainable tourism expert Hans Revier and Monique Pruijt are hosting a workshop where people from different industries and fields of expertise will gather to discuss the potential of the Wadden gastronomy.
Developing Wadden gastronomy
The link between gastronomy, the production of Wadden Sea products and the experience of the Wadden Sea world heritage site are obvious. Waddengoud, NHL-Stenden University of Applied Sciences and Waddenvereniging have developed and discussed a first idea together with the Waddenfonds investment framework. The aim is to develop the Wadden gastronomy, where sustainable product development, sustainable tourism and experience of the Wadden Sea go hand in hand.
During the workshop different questions will be raised:
- How could we set up such a project?
- Which existing knowledge and experiences could we use?
- Which knowledge and skills need to be developed?
- Which projects can be implemented quickly?
