Improving the food and beverage quality on Wagenborg ferries

The passengers of Wagenborg Passenger Services have the opportunity to assess different food and beverage service elements on Wagenborg’s ferries. Although catering is usually rated higher than 7, the respondents often suggest implementing certain quality improvements. Therefore, it is important to get a better understanding of the passengers’ wishes and demands regarding the food and beverage offered by Wagenborg Passenger Services. Wagenborg wishes to increase customer satisfaction regarding this service in the future.
