Voor het eerst werken wij samen met \u201ccoolhunters\u201d. Dit zijn jonge mensen die continu bezig zijn opvallende ontwikkelingen in kaart te brengen. Jonge mensen zijn uw toekomstige klanten. U kunt uw organisatie toekomstbestendiger maken door hun waardevolle interesses mee te nemen in uw conceptontwikkeling.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Leisure organisaties onder de loep<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Eerstejaars <a href=\"https:\/\/stenden.com\/opleidingen\/leisure-management-vrijetijdsmanagement\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Leisure Management<\/a> studenten van NHL Stenden Hogeschool hebben in vijf weken verschillende coole dingen ontdekt. Ze hebben namelijk twee organisaties binnen zes leisure sectoren onder de loep genomen. In hun ogen doen deze organisaties op een betekenisvolle manier aan waardecreatie in de leisure sector.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Coolhunters Magazine<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Hoe zijn de coolhunters aan de slag gegaan? Ter voorbereiding zijn ze gaan coolhunten in een grote stad, zoals Rotterdam, Amsterdam, Den Haag. Wat gebeurt daar? Wat valt op? Verder hebben de studenten literatuuronderzoek gedaan naar Coolhunting. Drie indicatoren werden gebruikt om een organisatie als &#8216;cool&#8217; te bestempelen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Aantrekkelijk (fysiek; hoe ziet het eruit?)<\/li>\n<li>Inspirerend (Mentaal; zet aan tot nadenken, maakt iemand bewust van)<\/li>\n<li>Toekomstperspectief (heeft potentie, groeimogelijkheden)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>De studenten hebben een digitaal magazine ontworpen waarin de organisaties op een spectaculaire manier zijn uitgelicht.
