Your privacy is of great importance to ETFI. Therefore, we comply with the privacy law. This means that your data is safe with us and that we always use it properly. In this privacy statement we explain what we do with your personal data retrieved via our website

Contact form and newsletter
By means of the contact form, you can ask us questions or submit requests.

For this we use your name and email address. We do this upon your approval. We keep this information until we are sure that you are satisfied with our response.

You can subscribe to our newsletter. Here you can read news, tips and information about our products and services. You can cancel this subscription at any time. Each newsletter contains an unsubscribe link.

Your email address will only be added to the list of subscribers with your permission. This data is saved until you cancel the subscription.

We would like to send you advertisements about offers and new products or services. We do this:

  • by email
  • via social media

You can object to advertisements at any time. Each email contains an unsubscribe link. You can block us or use the unsubscribe option.

It is possible that you are included in on one of our image carriers for which we have not specifically asked you for permission.

If you object to this, we request you to make this known in writing. We will then take appropriate measures.

Provision to other companies or institutions
With the exception of the aforementioned partners, we do not, under any circumstances, provide your personal data to other companies or institutions, except when we are legally obliged to do so (for example, if the police requires in case of suspicion of a crime).

Our website uses cookies. Cookies are small files where we can store information, so that you do not have to enter this information all the time. However, we can also see that you are visiting us again.

When you visit our website for the first time, we present a notification with an explanation about cookies. Hereby, we will ask for your agreement for the use of these cookies.

Security of personal data is of great importance to us. To protect your privacy, we take the following measures:

  • Access to personal data is protected by a user name and password. We take physical measures such as locks and safes for access protection of the systems in which personal data are stored. We use secure connections (Secure Sockets Layer or SSL) which protects all information between you and our website. We are ISO 27001 certified.

When our website changes, we must of course also adjust the privacy statement. Always pay attention to the date above and check regularly for new versions. We will do our best to announce changes separately.

If you feel that we are not helping you in the right way, you have the right to file a complaint with the national supervisory authority (Dutch Data Protection Authority).
