For Kennisnetwerk Destinatie Nederland (Knowledge Network Destination Netherlands), we are investigating how Destination Marketing Organisations (DMOs) can develop themselves as learning organisations. Specifically by making better use of customer contact moments for data collection and looking for partnerships with other DMOs and regional partner organisations.
